Apartments Kralj Ana sit inside a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the heart of Cavtat's old town — the kind of building that has been quietly watching the bay for generations. We bought it, fell in love with it, and have been carefully restoring it ever since.

What started as one apartment in 2005 has become three: each one preserving the soul of the original house — exposed stone, wooden beams, light that pours through tall shutters — while offering everything you need for an unhurried Croatian holiday.

Behind every booking is a real family. We meet you at the door, point out the bakery we go to ourselves, and stay one phone call away the whole stay. That hasn't changed in twenty years, and it's not about to.

Our Journey
Two decades, one house
2005
Where it began

The first apartment opened to guests in spring 2005 — a single restoration of what was once the family kitchen. Word travelled fast among neighbours and returning visitors.

2010
A second home

After five summers, we restored the upper floor and opened our second apartment. The garden, the BBQ corner, the orange tree — all started taking the shape they have today.

2016
Three apartments

The annex was rebuilt to host families. Three apartments, three different personalities — but the same stone walls, the same warm welcome.

Today
Still a family business

9.8 on Booking.com, hundreds of returning guests, and a new generation slowly taking the reins. We still bake the welcome bread ourselves.
